Returns and refunds policy

At PFCarParts, we want you to shop with confidence. Before placing an order, we recommend carefully checking that the product is compatible with your vehicle. If you have any questions, you can contact us before purchasing so we can help you check the model, year, generation, version, trim level, body style and photos of the car.

Checking compatibility before purchasing

Products such as grilles, wings, spoilers, splitters, diffusers and other exterior parts may differ depending on the model, year, generation, body style, version, trim level or bumper type.

For this reason, we recommend contacting PFCarParts before placing your order if you are not completely sure about compatibility. You can send us your car's model, year and version, along with photos of the area where the part would be installed, so we can advise you before you buy.

Return period

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return.

Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, uninstalled, untampered with, undamaged, free of installation marks and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, used, scratched, damaged, modified or tampered with, or that are returned without sufficient protection or suitable packaging.

Product compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchasing. PFCarParts offers assistance before purchase to help customers check compatibility, provided that sufficient vehicle information is supplied.

If a customer purchases a product without confirming compatibility beforehand and it subsequently proves incompatible with their vehicle, a return may be requested within the statutory period, provided that the product meets the conditions stated above. In this case, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Return costs

For returns due to exercising the right of withdrawal, a change of mind, customer error, an incorrect order placed by the customer or incompatibility that was not discussed beforehand, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

PFCarParts will not be responsible for damage during return transport if the product has not been properly packaged and protected by the customer.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives defective or damaged in transit, or if an incorrect product has been sent due to an error by PFCarParts, the customer must contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, PFCarParts will offer the appropriate solution for the circumstances.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days. Any additional time before the amount appears in the customer's account may depend on their bank or payment provider.

The refund may be withheld until the product has been received and checked to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order provided that it has not yet been prepared, processed or shipped.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the relevant return process must be followed.
